Individual Therapy


In psychotherapy you will find a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to explore the difficulties you are experiencing and the uncomfortable feelings you are having. We work together to get you to a place where you feel better about yourself and more able to face the challenges in your life. I have worked with women and men in individual therapy for over two decades. While there are some common issues to both sexes, there are also some issues particular to each.
